"S Cawaii!" was launched in September 2000 as a sister magazine to the gal magazine "Cawaii!".

Affectionately called "EsuKawa," it has continued to be a beloved fashion magazine.

Initially, the magazine focused on the "Older sister gal" styles, featuring trendy fashion coordinates, hairstyles, and makeup.

This time, we will introduce the popular models from the past who have been active in S Cawaii!

Chihiro Kondo (Chipi)

Born on December 15, 1989.

Chihiro Kondo, affectionately known as "Chipi," was a top model for the fashion magazine TOKAI SPY GIRL, which was exclusively distributed in the Tokai region (Aichi, Gifu, and Mie prefectures).

She was so popular that crowds would gather around her during photo shoots near Sakae Station!

Afterward, she expanded her career beyond the Tokai area, joining the gal magazine "PopSister" in September 2010.

In the September 2012 issue, she became a model for S Cawaii!, quickly winning over readers and soon becoming the magazine’s top beloved model.

In a special S Cawaii! makeup book published in 2013, she appeared on the cover and gained the title "No. 1 model with the face that Shibuya gals want to be," leading to appearances on numerous variety shows.

On September 5, 2015, she married Hirohisa Ota of the comedy trio Jungle Pocket. She gave birth to her first child on May 4, 2017, and her second on October 31, 2019.

She concluded her work with S Cawaii! with the September 2017 issue after nearly five years.

Currently, she is a producer for the children's clothing brand "AJUGA."

Hiromi Hosoi, fondly called "Romihi," made her debut as a model for the gal magazine egg in 2006, becoming one of the magazine’s top charismatic models.

She later joined S Cawaii! as a model starting in the September 2012 issue.

Though only 148 cm tall, Romihi’s fashion sense was impeccable, and she looked great in both casual and refined styles.

Known for wearing revealing styles that showed off her legs or neckline, she brought a healthy, not overly sexy, vibe to her fashion choices.

At S Cawaii!, she shared her personal fashion and current interests, adding lively content to the magazine, and appeared in S Cawaii!’s fashion show on August 7, 2013. Her current updates can be found on Instagram.

Aya Suzuki, affectionately known as "Suzu," originally worked as a signboard model for the gal magazine "Ranzuki" for about four years and eight months.

After modeling for EDGE STYLE, she became an exclusive model for S Cawaii! in the June 2014 issue.

In the "S Model Cover Girl General Election" in 2014, where readers vote for their favorite cover model, she ranked third and appeared on the August cover, just two months after joining the magazine.

In the magazine, she often wore casual fashion such as denim jackets and military jackets.

After a three-month study stay in New York, she graduated from S Cawaii! in 2019.

On May 23, 2019, she married Hayato Terashima, known for his appearance on the reality show Terrace House.

Today, she owns and operates "Re Studio Tokyo," a Pilates studio, works as a Pilates instructor, and is also involved in businesses such as "ON Skin Salon," a skincare salon, and as a buyer for the Korean accessory brand "chinguring."
